I offer my clients the option of a virtual dietitian Online Consultation appointment – via videocall or telephone – as an alternative to seeing us face-to-face.
Allowing those living further afield to access my service.
For me and my clients it is essentially a live video call offered via the internet. We offer the appointment via our telemedicine service which is hosted by GoToMeeting. This service is simple and convenient to use, and it means you can have an online consultation appointment with us from anywhere simply by clicking into our personalised room link.
The service is secure, it uses encrypted point-to-point connections and is compliant with all the relevant privacy guidelines including GDPR, PIPEDA and HIPPA.
The cost of a telephone or videocall consultation is the same as our face-to-face appointments and you will receive a written report following your appointment as you would with our face to face appointments.
